You can’t come to the Russian River Valley without actually floating the river! Join us for a fun welcome river float and enjoy the beautiful scenery and catch up with friends old and new.

We’ll meet out front of the Dawn Ranch Lodge at 12noon on Friday. Wear you bathing suits and be ready for fun! We will walk down through town as a group and leave from Johnson’s Beach. Excitedly, we will end our float back at our venue, Dawn Ranch between 3-4pm.

What to bring/wear: Towel, bathing suit, hat, sunglasses, sunscreen – we’ll provide the tubes, lunch and drinks! Our tube company, R2T2, will supply a couple dozen dry bags for everyone to share.

NOTE: While early check-in cannot be guaranteed, Dawn Ranch will do their best to accommodate when rooms are ready. Upon early arrival before the River Float, you can drop your luggage to be securely held while you are floating the river/until your room is ready. There will be many folks doing the same, and you are welcome to enjoy the resort and amenities. 

Join us in gathering for dinner and mingling on the Sycamore Lawn to kick off the weekend's festivities.

Dress code: Summer Casual

Please note that Friday Welcome Dinner will be on grass so choose your footwear accordingly!

Meet us Sunday on the Sycamore Green… Come as you are as you persevere through the post-party fatigue (and hangover?) to enjoy some pastries, coffee + hugs.
